What exactly counts as a unit?

A unit is one Project Member, one Project, or one Persona — added together, never multiplied. Simple addition means you can always predict your bill.

What happens when I go over my included units?

Each extra unit is simply 12.50 € per month, added to your plan — as many as you want. Nothing breaks and nothing stops: you expand capacity as you need it, and scale back down whenever you want.

When should I move to a bigger plan?

When it costs less than your plan plus extras. Fill in your setup above and the page shows where the next plan becomes cheaper, for monthly and annual billing. Apart from White-label on Teams, every plan has the same features, so capacity is usually the only reason to move.

How does annual billing work?

Commit to twelve months and get 2 months free: you pay the lower annual rate, billed monthly, and the commitment renews for another twelve months unless you cancel. Prefer to pay the whole year upfront? Choose that at checkout and save another 5% on the plan, every year; extra units stay monthly at the usual price. You can move from monthly to annual billing at any time; to go back to monthly, talk to us.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Move to a bigger plan or add units whenever you like. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month. Annual plans renew for another 12 months unless you cancel; if you cancel during the 12 months, you keep access and keep paying until they are over. To move to a smaller plan, talk to us and we switch it at your renewal date. You only ever pay for the voices you're putting to work.
