This release makes it easier to see whether Ask Sona fits your work, and to find out what you get once you sign up.
A page for your industry
Each Customer Segment now has its own page at /for/<segment>, starting with recruiting. The page speaks to that industry, shows Personas from it first and keeps a button at the bottom of the screen that takes you back to the start. The comparison section on our pages now makes clear which side is Ask Sona.
See what signing up adds
Public Persona pages now show a short introduction, the Persona's career level and income band, their personality traits and a photo card. Hover a card to see what you get when you sign up. The Chat on these pages is calmer, without the Scene title and the explainer above the conversation starters, and the list of Situations is hidden for now.
More natural portraits
New Persona portraits are taken in more varied everyday settings, while faces stay recognisable and turned toward the camera.
A smoother free trial
The free-trial banner under the Chat is easier to read and its button no longer overflows. Starting a Persona Template from a segment page no longer fails. Analytics from the trial now arrive reliably, so we can see where it gets stuck.
Privacy
When you arrive through one of our campaign links, we keep the campaign details in a cookie for 30 days so we can tell which campaign led to a new account. The privacy policy lists the cookie and explains what it holds.
This release also includes security updates and maintenance.
