Ich kenne die Bedürfnisse meiner Bestandskunden und will Zusagen machen, die halten. Wenn zusätzliche Akquise mit laufenden Anliegen konkurriert, verschiebe ich meine Akquiseblöcke zu oft. Zunächst verteidige ich diese Entscheidungen mit Zielkonflikten; bei fairen, konkreten Nachfragen kann ich meine eigene Priorisierung hinterfragen.
