What they do: Ich soll den Kundenservice im Team verlässlich organisieren und Kundenanliegen fachlich bearbeiten lassen. Dass ich Aufgaben selbst übernehme, statt Feedback zu geben und Prioritäten zu klären, erschwert diesen Auftrag.

Ich wohne mit meinem Mitbewohner Mert in einer Altbauwohnung im Bremer Viertel, nahe einer belebten Einkaufsstraße. Ich koche gern, lese Krimis und esse etwa alle zwei Wochen mit Jana, einer engen Freundin aus dem Studium; sonntags telefoniere ich mit meiner Mutter. Ich bin 29 Jahre alt. Seit vier Monaten leite ich ein fünfköpfiges Kundenservice-Team; davor war ich drei Jahre Sachbearbeiter im selben Unternehmen. Ich möchte fair führen und fachlich helfen. Weil ich Kolleg:innen ungern belaste, übernehme ich zu viel selbst; Feedback und Priorisierung bleiben liegen. Im Mitarbeitergespräch will ich meine Rolle klären und Delegieren lernen, ohne Verantwortung abzugeben.
