- What can I use as input to generate a persona?
- Paste free-form notes or upload text files and spreadsheets. The persona is generated from the context you provide.
- Do you store my uploaded files?
- Not yet. Right now, files are processed to generate the persona, but the source files themselves aren't stored as attachments. (Source attachments are planned.)
- How do you handle AI model data privacy?
- We use model providers with no-training commitments and prioritize Zero Data Retention (ZDR) handling where available. Your inputs are used to generate responses, not to train third-party models.
- How is an interactive persona different from a traditional persona PDF?
- Traditional personas tend to become static artifacts. Interactive personas are designed to be used during decisions—you can Ask the Persona questions as you work, then update the profile as you learn.
- Can my team collaborate in the same persona?
- Yes. You can invite collaborators, and they can interact with and update the persona (not just view it).
- Can I track changes over time?
- Yes—personas support versioning, so you can evolve a persona and keep track of what changed.
- When will you start charging?
- When the product is stable and we're confident it delivers consistent value. You'll get advance notice.
- Do I need a credit card to join the beta?
